Neck to neck Cutting Machine

Product description

The bottle is held in shaped seats on a chain and taken to the cutting zone, where it’s turned by a central belt and cut by a fixed blade.
The two separated bottles can be expelled by gravity on two lateral sides, or sucked up by the pneumatic conveyor
(optionals) to take them wherever you wish.

The machine consist of the following units:

• - Chain conveyor
• - Rotation and cutting unit

Optionals:

• Cut bottles pneumatic transport
• Reject recovery conveyor belt
• Straightened exit bottles device
• Inspection camera

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Indicative production 20,000-30,000 bottles/h (depends on type of bottle)
• Thickness of bottle in cutting zone: 0.5-0.8 mm with tolerance +/- 0.1mm
• Maximum cut diameter: Ø 60 mm
• Max. ovalization in cutting zone: +/- 0.2 mm
• Bottle temperature before cutting: min. 15° max. 50°
