Product description

The PALLETISER TABLE is an automatic or semi-automatic machine for placing thermoplastic bottles in trays or on interlayers and stacking these on top of each other on pallets. The bottles are accumulated on the conveyor belt at infeed to form rows of a pre-set number of bottles. A pusher unit transfers the completed row on the platform until the preset total number of rows is reached. Upon completion, the platform is moved to a pallet in the palletiser where the tray or interlayer was put previously. When this is done, the pallet moves to a position corresponding to the height of the container for the formation of other layers.
