The equipment employed to perform the leak tester is based on the principle of measuring the pressure delta of a compressed fluid injected into the bottle after a specific interval of time from the beginning of the test.
If the bottle is integral it is placed on the conveyor and feed to the ejection area. If the bottle contains holes or other defect that could implair its tightness, it is ejected by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
This equipment can be installed inside the blow moulding machine or on an external conveyor standard dimension lenght 1500x150 or 200.
It is possible to supply only the mechanical unit without electronic control equipment.
