DESCRIPTION
The machine has been designed and built to automatically cut the top of plastic bottles.
The bottle is transferred by the conveyor belt to a carrousel and then cut by forced rotation.
The standard machine is supplied equipped with:
- Conveyors
- Distribution screw
- Infeed carrousel
- Central carrousel
- Cutter
- Expulsion unit
- Outfeed carrousel
- Electrical board
The following modules are available as optionals:
- Profile control unit
- Leak tester
- Internal neck control
- Handle insertion unit
SPECIFICATIONS
- Indicative production 10,000-30,000 pieces/h (depends on type of bottle)
- Thickness of bottle in cutting zone: 0.5-0.8 mm with tolerance +/- 0.1mm
- Maximum cut diameter: Ø 100 mm
- Max. ovalization in cutting zone: +/- 0.2 mm
- Bottle temperature before cutting: min. 15° max. 50°
