DESCRIPTION
The machine is composed of two main parts: the frame conveyor and the blade-operating equipment.
When the level photocell detects the bottle, the latter is "captured" and blocked by two moulds.
The side-cutting device adds to the rotating blade a horizontal motion when it is positioned at the side of the cutting area.
The scrap material that is shaved off during the cutting operation is conveyed separately from the bottle.
The machine is supplied equipped with:
- cutting unit
- conveyor lenght 1500x150 or 200
- electric-pneumatic installation
- protection guards as per CE laws
- electronic check-up system

- Approx production: 800 - 1200 pz/h (depending on bottle features)
- Thicness of bottles in the cutting area: max 1,5 mm (+/- 0,3 mm)
- Maximum cutting diameter: 240 mm
- Maximum ovality: +/- 0,2 mm
- Bottle temperature before cutting: min. 20° max 50
- Rigid and uniform upper tailpiece
