Product description
The tray is placed directly from the vertical magazine on the infeed conveyor to be transferred to the packaging area ready to receive the bottles.
A feeding conveyor belt, equipped with a counting photocell, transports the bottles under the gripper until the row of bottles is made up before picking them up.
The gripper unit transfers and deposits the bottles in the tray below where they will be held and compacted in order to prepare for the next cycles.
Once the filling cycle has been completed, the tray is moved towards the palletising area where the gripper unit, suitably sized according to the size of the tray, will stack upwards until the desired finished height is reached.
Once the desired levels have been reached, the palletiser proceeds downwards to deposit the whole tray unit on the pallet previously placed on the ground by the operator. In the event of high speeds, there will be a pallet feeding roller conveyor that will allow greater autonomy before requiring the operator’s intervention.
